01 Challenge
Teams had plenty of ideas about AI. They needed to work out which ones addressed a real problem and were feasible with their data and resources.
02 Solution
I helped teams map their work, identify possible uses and compare value, effort and constraints. The sessions were adapted to each organisation and its starting point.
03 Result
The workshops produced prioritised use cases and plans for what to explore first.
